Flat-rate business settlements

As part of accounting services for clients who settle on a flat-rate basis from recorded revenues, we perform the following tasks:

  1. Document control for formal and accounting purposes
  2. Revenue records maintenance
  3. VAT records maintenance
  4. Preparation and submission to the Tax Office of monthly or quarterly JPK files
  5. Preparation and submission to the Tax Office of annual PIT-28 statements

Settlements based on the tax revenue and expense ledger

As part of accounting services for clients who settle on the basis of the tax revenue and expense ledger, we perform the following tasks:

  1. Document control for formal and accounting purposes
  2. Ongoing economic operation records
  3. JPK files record keeping
  4. Fixed assets and equipment record keeping
  5. Preparation and submission to the Tax Office of monthly or quarterly JPK files
  6. Monthly or quarterly income tax settlements
  7. Preparation and submission to the Tax Office of annual PIT-36, PIT-36L statements
  8. Statistical reports preparation for the Central Statistical Office (GUS)

Payroll and HR settlements

As part of providing you with payroll and HR services, we perform the following tasks:

  • Payroll preparation, billing for contracts and work, payslips, and RMUA reports upon employee request
  • Calculating remuneration for night and overtime work
  • Vacation, severance, and equivalent settlements
  • Monthly income tax advances calculation from employee payments, preparation of transfers to the Tax Office
  • Monthly ZUS contributions calculation, declaration preparation, and electronic submission to ZUS
  • Social and health insurance registration preparation for taxpayers and employees
  • Information preparation about the income earned by employees and income tax advances withheld (PIT-11, PIT-8 B)
  • Preparation and submission to the Central Statistical Office (GUS) of reports on HR data

Bookkeeping

  7. Preparation of the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and additional information

  10. Opening of accounting books along with the creation of a Company Account Plan at the start of operations

Frequently asked questions about the accounting office

The cost of an accountant depends on the type, form of settlement, number of invoices, and many other factors. Every client who approaches Akwadrat will receive an individual quote.

Consider how many invoices you plan to issue to clients each month. We will provide an individual quote.

It’s a good idea to preliminarily calculate how many invoices we may have each month and choose the appropriate form of settlement accordingly.

Every invoice entered into the Revenue and Expense Ledger (KPiR) and accounting books must be archived in case of an inspection from the Tax Office. They should be stored for 5 years, as should issued invoices and tax payment confirmations (social security contributions, PIT, and possibly VAT). Additionally, information about where the original invoices are stored must be added to the CEIDG (Central Registration and Information on Business).

During the initial meeting, we determine how many documents will be recorded. If there are more than we initially assumed, we will proceed to settle accounts according to the current price list.
