Agnieszka Kopyłowska
CEO, shareholder, chief accountant
I am the CEO of the Akwadrat accounting firm and have been at the helm of the company for over a decade. I founded it out of a true passion for accounting. In a short time, I have built a team of experts who passionately and fully commit to supporting entrepreneurs across Poland, raising service standards and introducing modern accounting solutions.
I’m a proponent of development, innovation, and modern technologies – I’m constantly seeking new tools and solutions that streamline processes, increase work efficiency, and deliver even greater value to our clients. I believe that the courage to experiment and openness to change are key to success in both business and life.
My strength comes from the values that shape my life – I am a mother of three children, and family values are the foundation of my work – Akwadrat is a place where professionalism is combined with a friendly atmosphere, mutual respect, and space for development for every team member.
Personally, I’m inspired by travel, crime novels, and outdoor activities, which allow me to gain energy and creativity, which I then bring to the company’s operations. I believe that business should go hand in hand with social responsibility, which is why I also engage in charitable initiatives.
For me, Akwadrat is more than just a company – it’s a space where, together with my team, we shape our clients’ success, realize their dreams, and create a business vision based on passion, trust, innovation, and the courage to take on ever greater challenges. Adam Adamiuk
JDG & Reporting Team Leader
A student of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Warsaw with three years of study experience and two years of professional experience in the field
accounting. At work, I treat each activity as a task that must be completed in a specific manner and within a specific time. Setting a specific deadline motivates me to fully engage and concentrate on a given task.
I’m a conscientious and reliable person, and I handle my clients’ cases as if they were my own. I’m happy to take on projects that require more effort or a non-standard approach—I’m always first in line to take them on. I’m adept at preparing reports.
I handle financial and accounting matters efficiently for companies and partnerships, while also managing a three-person team supporting sole proprietorships. I constantly seek opportunities to optimize workflows, shortening task times through tools, programs, and analytical thinking.
Knowledge of accounting software (Comarch ERP Optima) allows me to act quickly and
effectively in every area of accounting.
Viktoria Zhavruk
Expert in full company accounting
I specialize in full-service corporate accounting, supporting entrepreneurs with their daily financial management and settlements. In my work, I prioritize reliability, punctuality, and peace of mind, ensuring my clients have the assurance that all accounting matters are handled in accordance with regulations and always on time. I serve both smaller companies and our larger, key clients, ensuring their complex financial processes run smoothly and seamlessly.
My approach combines professionalism with an individual approach to each client – I want entrepreneurs to feel safe and able to focus on developing their business, knowing that their accounting is in good hands.
Outside of work, I strive to maintain a balance between my work and personal life. I love traveling, which allows me to gain energy, gain new experiences, and gain a fresh perspective on daily tasks. This allows me to return to work with renewed motivation, creativity, and peace of mind, which is also contagious to my clients and colleagues, regardless of the size and complexity of the companies I serve.
Veronika Tsaruk
Accounting and HR specialist at JDG
On a daily basis, I support small business owners with their accounting and HR needs. I handle the accounting of sole proprietorships, prepare payrolls, and ensure timely settlements with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and tax offices.
I value clear rules, good organization, and working in partnership with others. Outside of work, I seek balance through contact with nature, practicing yoga, traveling, and visiting the theater.
Małgorzata Dmytrowska
HR and payroll specialist
I am a human resources and payroll specialist who passionately supports companies in efficiently managing all HR and payroll processes.
On a daily basis, I handle a full range of employee services, from preparing employment-related documentation, through payroll and benefits settlement, to liaising with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and tax offices. I completed the “HR and Payroll Specialist” course, which, combined with my practical experience, allows me to work reliably and in compliance with current regulations.
I believe that HR and payroll are not just about numbers and formalities, but above all, about people. That’s why transparent policies, timeliness, and partnerships with clients are so important to me. My greatest satisfaction comes from being able to truly relieve entrepreneurs of their daily responsibilities, so they can focus on growing their businesses.
I eagerly share my knowledge and offer support, building a relationship based on trust. After work, I strive for balance. Various forms of physical activity—from walks to more intense workouts—are my way of regenerating, a source of energy, and motivation. I am a trustworthy, patient and fully committed accountant who handles the accounts of sole proprietorships with passion and care.
I help my clients not only with their daily accounting, but also with setting up sole proprietorships – I provide consultations, help them choose the most advantageous form of taxation, and support them in making financial and tax decisions.
I particularly value an individual approach to each client, and thanks to my knowledge of Russian, I specialize in serving Ukrainian and Russian-speaking clients, providing them with full support and a sense of security in accounting matters.

I provide services to sole proprietorships, while also gaining experience supporting the team with ongoing corporate accounting. In my work, I prioritize calm, accuracy, and flexibility, and I always approach the tasks assigned to me with full commitment.
My professional practice and my master’s degree at the Warsaw School of Economics complement each other, allowing me to apply my solid theoretical knowledge in my daily work. This allows me to consciously support entrepreneurs and ensure accurate and timely accounting.
